Area of responsibility

In Internal Sales, you will be responsible for the planning, management and implementation of all order processing, from incoming orders to dispatch organization and communication.

  • Entering, confirming, executing and checking customer orders in the ERP system

  • Independent order processing in coordination with the relevant interfaces (sales, warehouse, logistics and customers)

  • Requesting freight costs and delivery times as well as commissioning forwarding agents

  • Dispatch organization and deadline monitoring

  • Provision, management and maintenance of all sales data contained in the ERP system and other systems for day-to-day business (customers, warehouse, logistics)

  • Regular management and analysis of stock levels and minimum stock levels in the respective system

  • Collaboration in the preparation of forecasts and necessary goods orders

  • Support for key account management and field service

What should you bring along?
  • Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, forwarding clerk, or similar)

  • Experience in order processing, customer service and processing in the internal sales department

  • Enjoy dealing with customers and logistics service providers by telephone and in writing in German and English

  • Strong customer orientation as well as an independent and conscientious way of working

  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel, as well as ERP systems
