Area of responsibility
  • Sales of automotive lead-acid batteries and motor oil to commercial customers (B2B: car parts/workshops) in the field and to end customers (B2C) in our battery store (flagship store)

  • Acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers in the automotive parts trade and workshops (B2B)

  • You identify new sales opportunities and implement them in the German aftermarket

  • You plan and implement new products and promotions around our premium brand “Dr.Batterie”

  • You conduct sales negotiations and year-end meetings with customers

  • You select new cooperation and service partners, carry out the necessary administrative procedures and are in close coordination with the management

  • You are responsible for the organization, support and follow-up of customer visits and (trade fair) events

  • You will sell and deliver batteries and carry out receivables management.

What should you bring along?
  • You have a degree or comparable commercial training, as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in sales of automotive products (preferably starter and supply batteries)

  • Ideally, you already have a network in the German automotive aftermarket

  • You are characterized by a strong customer orientation as well as an independent and structured way of working

  • Your strengths include the ability to work in a team, a high level of self-motivation and a confident manner

  • You think and act in a results-oriented and problem-solving manner and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You are confident with MS Office and have in-depth experience in project management

  • You are business fluent in written and spoken German and have a very good command of English

  • Experience in automotive parts field sales desirable

  • B2B/B2C sales experience desirable
